A Few Things to Note

• Corrections — If a stylus model has been discontinued, a product has changed, or we’ve got something wrong, please tell us and we’ll check it and update the guide.
• Questions about a guide — If your situation isn’t covered (a particular deck, a strange sound, a record that won’t behave), let us know. It’s how we decide what to write next.
• Electrical faults — A deck or amplifier that trips a fuse, feels warm to the touch or has a damaged cable needs a qualified repairer or electrician, not a blog.
• Valuations — We don’t value records or identify pressings; a specialist record dealer or a price guide is the place for that.
• Warranty and repairs — For a fault under warranty, contact the deck’s maker or the retailer you bought it from first.
